HORIBA Tocadero develops and markets the next generation of TOC analyzers. The development is based on the knowledge gained from numerous long-standing customer relationships as well as customer feedback and the practical experience of our employees, some of whom have more than ten years of practical experience.
With our portfolio, our solutions cover a wide range of analyses and applications. The spectrum of applications ranges from very small measuring ranges in the ppb range, such as those commonly used for highly purified water, to heavily contaminated wastewater with high salt loads. The right solution is offered for every area of application. During development, great importance was attached to low and simple maintenance. The simple integration and support of common fieldbuses enables the values to be provided where they are needed. Integration via 5G, the remote control app and intelligent predictive maintenance features support users in their work and save them time and money.
The intuitive user interface of the analyzers is based on that of a smartphone and does not require a paper manual. This means that specialists from other disciplines can also operate and maintain the analyzers. It goes without saying that our TOC devices comply with the relevant standards, such as DIN EN 1484 (TOC) and DIN EN 12260 (TNb).
The next generation of online TOC analyzers for normal to heavily contaminated wastewater based on 1,200 °C high-temperature combustion. Equipped with extensive functions, this analyzer is also suitable for the most difficult applications and this without additional modifications.
The ex version of the Tocadero ONE has the same functions as the normal model. We offer the protection classes ATEX, IEXEc, Zone 1 /2, T3 and T4; Class I Div 2. Additional features such as remote control using a tablet or PC make it easier for you to access and check the TOC analyzer.
The TOC analyzer for high-purity water, e.g. as used in the pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry. It can be operated in online or offline mode. An optional autosampler is available to facilitate the measurement of hand samples. For the regulated environment, we offer a software package for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
